Magdalena Sardinas Bulawa

Director of Visualization

As Director of the Visualization Department, Magdalena plays a key role in bringing each project’s design vision to life. She leads the development of CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and technical documentation, working closely with our interior designers to ensure every detail is thoughtfully represented and clearly communicated. She also manages coordination with subcontractors, oversees project packages prepared for bid, and guides our team of visualization specialists—supporting them, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring every drawing set meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

With a degree in Architecture from Poland and nearly two decades of experience across France, the UK, and the United States, Magdalena brings a global perspective and a deep passion for interior design. That passion started early: inspired by her mother, an architect and civil engineer, she grew up surrounded by drawings, plans, and job sites. She still remembers creating “technical drawings” at age four—drafting a garage instead of the typical sun-and-trees sketch. That early fascination quickly became a lifelong career.

She was drawn to Brown Design Group for its strong design culture and collaborative environment, along with the opportunity to contribute to interiors that are both meaningful and beautifully crafted. Her personal design style leans modern and clean, softened with warm, livable touches. Functionality is always a priority; she pays close attention to ergonomics, practicality, and the way people truly use their spaces every day. Her inspiration often comes from natural materials—wood, stone, and soft organic textiles—as well as the colors and textures found in nature. Her love of art, travel, history, and especially ancient Egyptian culture also brings depth and timelessness to her work.
