Our Design Process

We follow a structured, collaborative process to ensure every project is delivered with creativity, precision, and purpose. From concept to completion, we handle each phase with strategic care—aligning every decision with your goals, brand, budget, and timeline.

Initial Kickoff

Our initial collaborative conversation with the team will gain insight and understanding of the vision, expectations, deliverables, and path forward necessary to set milestones and goals to complete the project.

Creative Schematic Design & Concepts

In this initial schematic conceptual phase, our team will create a customized pragmatic design presentation tailored to your project’s needs incorporating environmental experiences and appropriate finishes and utilizing visual aids to convey the design vision.

Design Intent

After the initial schematic is approved, we further define the space’s “big idea” features, furnishings, and finishes. We develop digital photo-realistic renderings to aid in the visualization and the realization of the future of the space.

Documentation 

After the concept is approved, we begin developing specification documents and construction drawings, drafting furniture plans, and curating product selections for your review. Throughout the project, we coordinate closely with architects, contractors, and subcontractors, and attend site meetings and client check-ins as needed to ensure a smooth execution.

Construction Administration

After the DD’s are completed, a high level of design project management and coordination with the awarded project team and contractors with reviews of submittals, shop drawings and materials, responses to RFI’s, and site reviews at critical stages t ensure design intent accuracy throughout the construction process.

Procurement & Installation

All your approved selections will be ordered, and we will provide regular updates on anticipated lead times. Whether you are local or remote, we’ll coordinate every aspect of onsite installations and deliveries. Once all merchandise is installed, we conduct a walkthrough to generate a final punch list, and we’ll diligently follow up on all items until completion.
